Top-down leadership is outdated and counterproductive.

Having a 1/2 of a safety program is just as bad as not having a safety program. It means you know you need it but it isn't that important. If you have someone running your safety inititive that isn't trained or qualified can leave you open to all liability. Call to get estimates and get it right the first time!
