The second phase of this project included the installation of a downspout system around the entire house, as well as the construction of tiered rock walls blending into existing rock wall and a new multi-face block wall, finished returns on each side with steps, featuring drainage. A shed pad measuring 14x24 was also built. Final grading was completed, and a gravel pathway was installed. Topsoil was placed in the front, back, and side yards, preparing the area for hydro seeding, which is scheduled for the following week. After unearthing and removing approximately 7,000 pounds of debris, this project is now complete, giving the property a revitalized look. We are now proceeding to the next project.

This steep backyard project presents a challenge due to very tight, limited access. Next is the shop installation. As a repeat customer, phase #1 involves removing underbrush, conducting a cut and fill of the pad, phase #2 includes excavation, installation, side sewer, power, water, and fiber optics cable installation. Phase #3 is now done, retaining walls, drainage, rock scape, and beautification.
