Please be advised that June 1st is the last day McBride Home Services will be in operation.

I am having a major kidney operation and finding someone to take over the company and get them trained has been difficult.

I can't say what the future will hold, when or if I will return to cleaning. I am going to focus on healing and my family.

Services I offer:
1.Move in/ out deep cleaning of unoccupied, empty homes. Interior only. Exterior cleaning of reachable windows. Light spot cleaning of carpets using commercial rug doctor with no guarantee of results.
Includes rental homes, personal homes, vacation/short term rentals... $25 hr.
2. Bank repo/eviction clean outs. Remove furniture, personal items and trash. This includes hauling and disposing of items and trash in home, outbuildings and yard. $35/hour. Deep cleaning once empty is then $25 hr.

3. Yard care. Weeding of flower beds,
Apply owner provided bark/mulch to flower beds. No lawn care, just flower beds. Hauling of debris extra $25 per truck load.
$25hr (2 man crew when available/if needed $40 hr).

Cash, check and paypal credit card payments accepted at this point.
