We have out-done ourselves yet again. We roasted 5,742lbs of coffee this week and bagged every single bean by hand.
That is about 1.3 adult hippos, around 459,000 espresso beans, equivalent to 82 pit bulls, roughly 15,000 donuts, and enough coffee to make roughly 260,000 cups of coffee. Ya know, a weeks worth.

We have every single one of you to thank!!
