This year I passed through the seven levels of the Candy Cane forest, through the sea of swirly twirly gum drops, and then I walked through the Lincoln Tunnel for the perfect Christmas tree! 😂 Not really. I channeled my inner Clark W Griswald and walked halfway across the yard and cut down a smallish fir tree that was in the overgrown garden. 🤫 @ The Butler Did It

This year for Thanksgiving and I got the privilege of hosting a young girl from Taiwan for her first Thanksgiving. Sharon is an exchange student who wasn’t able to spend it with her host family, so she stayed with us. She also got to make a gingerbread house. The girls even braved Black Friday in town! 🤪 and are appropriate hashtags here. ☺️ and yes 5 of the 6 burners as well as both ovens were in use! 😲 @ The Butler Did It
