JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to hire an experienced spray foam applicator with leadership abilities.
**Must have at least 6 months experience installing spray foam or spray painting**
If you don't have experience, but think this job sounds like a great fit for you, please apply and add a brief message about why you prefer a physically active job!
The Spray Foam Applicator is in charge of each project they are sent to. This includes, ensuring the trailer is properly loaded for the job, creating a game plan to be executed by the crew, estimating the timeline of each job and keeping the crew on time, knowing the materials and installation instructions, ensuring great quality foam/product, cleaning/maintaining insulation equipment, safety on the job and on the road.
This is a very physical job that requires attention to detail and a willingness to learn. The position requires working in tight spaces, climbing around in attics, and doing so at a fast pace.
Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Must be able to work overtime hours
Must be able to lift 40+ pounds
Experience pulling a trailer is a plus!
