Happy Friday 🤗

This week had a lot of moving pieces quotes, timelines, follow-ups… the usual rhythm.

But one moment stuck with me. I was walking the floor, watching a build go through, and thought about how much trust is placed in what we do.

Not just in hitting a deadline, but in getting it right.
Because the reality is… Our customers aren’t just sending us boards.

They’re trusting us with projects tied to critical systems, tight tolerances, and zero room for error. That’s not something I take lightly.

It’s also why the conversations matter. The details matter. The partnership matters.

At the end of the day, it’s never just about manufacturing, it’s about who you trust to stand behind the work.
