Just submitted my presentation for the Association of Equipment Management Professionals (AEMP) Connect.
Now it’s time to slow down for a few days, spend time with Sarah and the kids, then it’s back on the road — New York next week working onsite with a dealer, home briefly, and then on to Las Vegas for Association of Equipment Management Professionals (AEMP) Connect and CONEXPO-CON/AGG.
This is the season I enjoy most — partnering with ownership and executive teams who are serious about improving culture, operational discipline, leadership accountability, and product support performance.
Dealers don’t call me when things are easy.
They call when profitability is tight, absorption is lagging, leadership is misaligned, or the service department isn’t performing at the level it should.
We fix that.
Through culture alignment.
Through operational clarity.
Through a disciplined product support strategy that gains market share and drives sustainable profitability.
When I return from Vegas, I’m heading right back out to work with another dealer committed to raising the standard in 2026.
I only have a limited number of consulting engagements available for the remainder of this year.
