Take us out to the ball game! ⚾

Our team recently enjoyed a night at First Horizon Park cheering on the Nashville Sounds. Time together outside the office is a big part of what makes this team great. 💙

Thank you to everyone who joined us! 👏🏻

Football season is officially here! 🏈

Our team kicked things off with a tailgate lunch — good food, great company, and everyone showing up in their favorite team's colors.

(In true Tennessee fashion, plenty of Vols orange was present🧡)

At Highland Ventures, we love highlighting the good work happening across our businesses — and this month, that's the Box Night Program from Hoogland Restaurant Group. 🍕🎨

Box Nights give schools a creative, community-driven way to fundraise, pairing pizza nights with student art projects. If your school is looking for a fresh fundraising idea, it's worth exploring.

Every year here tells a story. 📈

This September we are celebrating Shannon Matheis on 31 years, Stephanie Forsberg on 4 years, and Rich Palumbo on 1 year with the company. Three very different chapters, all built on the same hard work and commitment.

Thank you for everything you bring to this team — here's to many more milestones ahead! 🎉
