THANK YOU
These two simple words don't seem to be enough to say to you.
After 25 years of working with world class companies and their extraordinary teams:
Philips Consumer Electronics who gave us our start.
AIG and NEW who teamed with us to work with the best of the best in retail.
Special thanks to Fred Schaufeld who called weekly to encourage me not to give up during that first tough 6 months of this start up.
Best Buy who for 25 years believed in us and gave us a tremendous opportunity.
Kmart/Sears for 14 years of working through challenging times together.
Tractor Supply for 14 years of allowing us to be part of your spectacular growth.
Proctor & Gamble who allowed us to work with them on new product introductions in the USA, Europe and Canada.
Hoover who believed so deeply in our returns programs that they made overnight changes that provided substantial improvement in profits.
Bad Boy Mowers an exciting company that is having a sales explosion.
To Steve Smith and Alan Wolf of TWICE for publishing our articles and being great friends.
And to the numerous other customers and partners over the years that have given us the opportunity to work with you.
It is hard to say goodbye after so many years but we made a decision to explore and experience what else our lives have to offer. But it would be wrong if we just closed our doors without saying goodbye and THANK YOU to those that helped make us so successful.
To the special people in our company that made this 25 years a success:
Bernie Fidler our dearly departed friend who was the wizard of finance analysis.
Tom Hebrock and Randy Asbell who added the skills of thinking differently and expanded the personality of the company.
Roger Alsup, our lawyer for 25 years who crafted outstanding contracts and fought the dragons.
To my partner and lifelong friend John Quattrucci. Thank you for believing enough in me when I came up with this idea, to risk everything to join in what would be a fantastic ride that would exceed both of our expectations. I never could have imagined or wanted a better partner than you John.
Last but certainly not least, our CFO, my wife Dawn, who did a stellar job behind the scenes, never receiving enough credit for keeping us financially solvent and in compliance with State and Federal laws. The one person who never questioned the tremendous risk I was contemplating and took this huge leap of faith right by my side, where she will always be.
To all of YOU, I say THANK YOU!
