If someone tells you that your old R22 AC unit cannot be repaired, call us we do it frequently.

Under certain circumstances this may be true. But not always.

We got this 30+ year old unit back up and cooling for another summer.

20 Year old hot water tank replaced. The original tank was installed in the basement with no floor drain anywhere near it.

I installed a drain pan under the new tank and ran a drain line incase of an emergency. Also, installed an expansion tank on the new hot water tank.

I received a service call for no cooling. It was due to an electrical problem. The outdoor disconnect was bad so we replaced it and got the unit up and running.

While we were there we inspected the unit and noticed that he outdoor unit was completely clogged up with dirt/dryer and the inside of the unit had a ton of leaves inside clogging the internal drain. I completely cleaned the unit and now it is operating properly and efficiently.

**These are the kinds of things that shorten the life of your AC System and increase the cost of your electric bill while doing so.**

By no means am I saying every unit needs to be serviced every year but it might not be a bad idea to at least have your system looked at every couple years. Especially if you have a dryer vent near the outdoor unit.

I will never try to sell you on a new unit if yours can be repaired reasonably. After repairs are made we take our time to inspect the system and make sure you stay cool all summer long!

Novak HVAC is proud to be a sponsor of the Brentwood Youth Basketball clinic! 🏀

Supporting young athletes means investing in teamwork, confidence, and growth — on and off the court. We’re excited to help create opportunities for the next generation to learn, compete, and have fun!

It’s been just over a week since we closed out our inaugural BYB Junior Academy, looking to develop skill and a love for the game in our Pre-K to 2nd grade athletes. We loved having the opportunity to run this clinic for our younger kids, and it was a high-priority goal for the BYB. We hope your kids enjoyed it as much as we did! (We also hope you got to sleep in a bit this past weekend. 🥱😴)

👏Kudos to our VP of K-2 Development, Nicole Novak (a former Brentwood Lady Spartans player and coach), for putting together an engaging, skill-developing, and fun clinic!👏

‼️We sincerely appreciate the support of BYB Junior Academy sponsor, Novak HVAC! Please think of Novak HVAC, a Brentwood small business, for all of your heating & cooling needs. Nick Novak was also a volunteer throughout our Junior Academy sessions. ‼️

Many thanks to the 🏀Brentwood Lady Spartans🏀 coaches and players who helped at our weekly stations, as well as to the BYB board members and volunteer parents, who contributed their time, energy, and expertise.

And, last but not least, thank you to our BYB Pre-K through 2nd grade families and athletes, who showed up to play and learn! You made it fun and rewarding for all of us!⛹️‍♀️⛹️‍♂️

Here is a silly pic from our last moment together as Junior Academy ended to make you smile!

We were a referall to this home owner for a second opinion. The first contractor told them they needed to replace their entire HVAC system and tried pressure selling with fear tactics. To the point the home owner had to ask them to leave.

We don’t play those games. If you need a second option, give us a call.

We Replaced the furnace & upsized their undersized air filter.
