As you know I post almost nothing here, since I wonder just how interesting it will be, and we are have endless streams of information to wade thru.
But today this came up: Impact Fees for a client of mine who was going to move to Martin County, FL, are astronomical - way over the fees for the same project in other counties. If (expensive and time consuming) studies don't prove they are excessive and convince the County to lower them, he won't be coming to Martin County.
