Had a small self pay this week. Customer filed the claim before we were involved and ended up getting a claim that is normally covered denied. ALWAYS WAIT FOR A PROFESSIONAL TO HELP FILE THE CLAIM!!! We are still working on getting coverage but insurance is claiming seepage of over 14 days.
