Please be advised, that if you are filing your Immigration paperwork yourselves, to please do not send it to a field office. USCIS just updated their processing times, it is now 51 months for Citizens filing I130 for spouse, parent or child under 21, so make sure you send it to your area designated service center, also, even though, online is faster, the online process sends it to any service centers, or field office, which will be longer processing times. It is better to mail it in either to a lock box or your services center. enjoy your weekend.

Hi everyone, I run a couple of businesses, which includes, my nbc specialist services, Immigration services, where I have either charged a very small preparation fee, or have filed your cases pro-bono, or done some branding for you. If you have not heard about your case responses, since Covid I cases were delayed and the laws are changing, you can check your cases at uscis.gov and click on your case status, or processing times. There you will get all of your info directly pertaining to your particular case. If you have not received a notice, I am pretty sure uscis has hired a lot of interns and is very slow in handling cases. As for my non profits. I will no longer be helping any individuals or persons that is not coming out of DCF, VAWA, CPS, or SNAP & TANIF programs. During my 13 years of running my Rescue Mission, I have been scammed, un appreciated and stolen from, talk about some ungrateful humans. While one person has told me that "oh you get the stuff free" no, sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. I drive to pick up the stuff, request it, clean it, sort it, go through what is useable, givable, and then get rid of the bad stuff sometimes, pay for transport to the recipient, take them to supermarkets, furnish their entire apts, and I am exhausted. I do have some people that are genuine and will contact me when they are in need these people can always come to me, if I advertise something on my free group or page, you are welcome to it, but unless I can view and evaluate your situation, please do not contact me for assistance. thanks and have a happy new year.

Fees have increased, due to increased paperwork on each form, we won't be filing under our non-profit anymore, or taking Asylum cases, but will be preparing under this business. please refer all messages or calls to 475-319-4013. For those of you are wondering about your cases, you can check online at www.uscis.gov/case status or processing times. I have no control over Uscis processing times, each case is individual with a different service center or field office. Please be advice that for new filers if you are filing for yourself, take my advice and mail in your applications to the correct, service center, if it goes to a field office, Citizens filing for their spouse, children, or parents, which is first category. All field office cases, processing times are now 55 months. crazy....... anyway happy new year and it was great nice being part of your journey to becoming or a lawful permanent resident.
