When med spa owners tell me they want to grow, the first thing they usually ask about is marketing.
More ads.
More leads.
More followers.
But here’s what I’ve learned after working with practices across the country:
Most don’t have a lead problem.
They have a monetization problem.
This client is a perfect example.
The services were good. The demand was there. People were booking appointments.
But revenue wasn’t reflecting the effort being put into the business.
So instead of chasing more leads, we focused on what was happening inside the business.
We looked at how services were positioned, how consultations were being handled, where opportunities were being missed, and how to create more value for every client who walked through the door.
The result?
79 transactions.
$53,668.68 in net sales.
In a single reporting period.
What excites me most isn’t the number.
It’s that the business now has a clearer path to growth. Decisions are being made based on data instead of assumptions. Revenue is becoming more predictable. And the owner has a better understanding of what actually drives profitability.
Growth doesn’t always come from doing more.
Sometimes it comes from optimizing what’s already right in front of you.
If you’re working hard, staying busy, and still feel like your revenue should be higher, let’s talk.
