Is there anything sweeter than a berry first birthday?! 🍓🎉

My first attempt at a gingham border definitely came with a learning curve! Despite all the research, it wasn’t easy, but after plenty of trial and error, I finally got it just right—and I’m so happy with how it turned out. ❤️

These last few weeks have been filled with birthday celebrations ranging from first birthdays all the way to 70th and 80th birthdays. No matter the milestone, a hand-painted banner is always the perfect addition to make a celebration feel extra special for the one you love!

🎶 Baby Shark and his best buddy William were ready to celebrate Kieran’s 2nd birthday! 🦈💙

Painting this banner brought back plenty of memories... or maybe a few Baby Shark nightmares from when my own two kids had this song on repeat for what felt like forever! 😂

Thankfully, this version was much more fun to paint than to listen to! I loved bringing this bright, cheerful theme to life for such a special birthday.
