Full trim package installed for this family, surprisingly the mother gave birth mid project so it was mistreating to work about that but also being quite for the new born… and 8 hour old baby watches me install trim work…? LOL.
But clients was super happy, we go above and beyond for the details in our work. (Ceiling and half wall)

Water damage in one of the rental units we manage, unfortunately we weren’t able to Match perfectly the 20 year old ceiling tiles, but this was a direct result from a leaking valve on the toilet above it. Very necessary to handle water issues before they become bigger.

Full dock repair. - this dock got wrecked in hurricane sandy, it’s structure was completely ruined, Lifted it 3 feet off...

Full dock repair.
- this dock got wrecked in hurricane sandy, it’s structure was completely ruined,
Lifted it 3 feet off the water so I could slip in the float (2tons) thats when another float underneath came loose, so I hooked that up.
Wrapped up some odds and ends around it.. a U bracket, new cleats, and fixed the whole underlayment.
