It’s International CoWorking Day!

What a perfect day to celebrate the extraordinary community of members and residents we have here at Brighton Light House and All Heart Garage. We are profoundly grateful to know and to work with such incredible people.

When we asked our community member, Kees Groenewegen if he would be willing to share a few words about his experience here, we were blown away.

Happy New Year!

It just didn't feel official until today when our BAS kids went back to school (Good luck, Teachers!)!

We enjoyed seeing some of our members and residents last week! It's always nice to see things come alive after the Winter break.

We look forward to keeping that going with a fun and enriching Calendar of Events this month!

Dawn and Sarah are helping us move with intenSati and Yin Yoga, we've got Holistic Networking coming up this week, and two opportunities to make some art!

We can't wait to kick-off 2024 with you!

Ahhh, we're definitely ready for some deep breaths and spaciousness in the schedule.

You are cordially invited to join us for movement and mantras in intenSati with Dawn this evening or some stretchy goodness and deep breathing in Yin Yoga with Sarah on Thursday.

Then--in the ultimate in workshop FUN, we have All Mixed Up! Handmade Gifts on Friday. Music, refreshments, and making gifts! We're stocking up to make and package sugar scrubs, bath salts, sweet little mixed media art tags, and gift card/note holders. It will be so good for our souls (and we might just keep some gifts for ourselves!)!
