OK, this page has been quiet long enough! This is partly due to some non covid19 related health problems and conditions I've had to learn to live with. Without getting into my specifics, I've been researching ways to feel better, be happier and share that with others. I've enrolled in a course that I will learn to teach people to laugh, laugh for your health, for your sanity and because it makes you feel good. It's a good work out , gentle on the joints, mildly aerobic and ANYONE can do it!! For more info or if you have questions please reach out to me! I'm happy to go into more detail with you.

Pet peeve of mine is when people tell you they can’t afford to eat healthy! I’ve eaten healthy with food pantry food and government surplus foods! It can be done! Look for some upcoming posts that will highlight how to get healthy foods on a budget!
