During my second career as a sales coach in the mortgage industry, I saw many people refinancing multiple times to pay down debt. Each time they paid down debt but didn't change their behaviors. During the qualification discussion with Loan Officers, I would hear of people who had rebuilt significant debt that began to ruin their lives. Each refinance prevented them from realizing their dreams of
retirement and financial peace. I wanted them to change the behaviors prohibiting them from enjoying financial peace and begin living the life they wanted to live. I recognized people are not taught money management. As a result, they don't see money as a tool to live their envisioned lives. I shifted my coaching practice from Leadership and Business Development to Financial Coaching so I could coach engaged and newlywed clients challenged with combining two money management perspectives to use money as a tool that meets their new life goals. I coach through Zoom meetings. My clients learn how to transform behaviors that will take them from not having a plan for success to owning their own roadmap to meet their goals for each stage of life. People motivated to gain control of their money and remain debt free are coached to frame their relationship with the money they learn to get back on track with their vision of a better life.
