With experience at the highest levels of law enforcement and special operations, Randy brings a depth of knowledge that’s hard to match. Randy is a premier law enforcement and special operations trainer with a career built on real-world application at the highest levels. He has trained local, state, and federal agencies across the country, specializing in tactical response, de-escalation, and advanced use-of-force decision-making.
He is a certified instructor in multiple disciplines, including use of force, defensive tactics, fi****ms, and less-lethal systems. Randy has served as an instructor at the world-renowned Gunsite Academy, widely considered one of the premier fi****ms training institutions in the world, where he trained alongside and instructed elite military, law enforcement, and civilian professionals.
His credentials include instructor-level certifications, advanced tactical training design, and recognition for his contributions to modern policing and officer safety. Randy’s experience spans decades of operational and instructional work, giving him a rare depth of knowledge that translates directly to the field.
