🚨 Winter Storm Heavy Recovery Weekend 🚨

That winter storm didn’t just slow traffic down—it shut sections of travel down. Ice, steep grades, and slick shoulders led to commercial units and heavier vehicles ending up in bad spots all across the Bristol area.

✅ Bristol Wrecker Service was out through the worst of it handling heavy recoveries, winch-outs, and roadway clears, working carefully to get equipment upright, loads secured, and lanes reopened as safely and quickly as possible.

🙏 We appreciate everyone’s patience during the surge in calls and tough conditions. These jobs take time when safety is priority—especially around traffic, ice, and limited visibility.

🚨 I-81 Incident Response 🚨

Butch with Bristol Wrecker Service responded alongside the Tennessee Highway Patrol to an accident on Interstate 81 involving a vehicle overturned on its top.

Working closely with THP and first responders, the scene was safely secured, the vehicle recovered, and traffic flow restored as quickly as possible.

🚨 Butch Responds on I-81 🚨

Butch with Bristol Wrecker Service was dispatched to assist the Tennessee Highway Patrol on Interstate 81 after a vehicle overturned and came to rest on its top.

This type of recovery takes experience, precision, and the right equipment. Working alongside THP and other first responders, Butch safely stabilized the vehicle, completed the recovery, and helped clear the interstate so traffic could move again.

🎅🚨 SLEIGH RECOVERY COMPLETE 🚨🎅

We had to roll out the Sleigh Recovery Unit after getting word that the Grinch stole Santa’s sleigh and ditched it right here in Blountville, Tennessee!

Good news — Bristol Wrecker Service was on the scene and made a safe recovery, getting Santa back on schedule just in time for Christmas 🎄🛷

We also want to send a huge THANK YOU to the town of Blountville for an amazing Christmas Parade. We were proud to participate and celebrate the season with such a great community.

And of course, shout-out to our sister company Exit 7 Towing for helping keep everything rolling this holiday season.
