Honoring the Life and Impact of Michalene “Mikki” Rosado

Today, we gather to remember the birthday of an inspiring leader. Michalene “Mikki” Rosado was a true visionary whose kindness, advocacy, and strong commitment continue to motivate us every day.

As the founder of M.R. Home Care, Mikki devoted her life to helping families, especially those in underserved areas. She worked hard to support children and ensure that seniors and those in need received the respect and love they deserve. For her, this was more than just a job; it was her life's purpose.

On this meaningful day, we think about the amazing legacy she left behind. We are dedicated to continuing her mission, serving our community with the same kindness, humility, and compassion that defined her life.

In Loving Memory of Juan Cuadrado Jr.

It is with heavy hearts that we pay tribute to a remarkable individual, Juan Cuadrado Jr., who left us far too soon. Juan joined MR Home Care on March 3, 1993, and from that day forward, he dedicated himself wholeheartedly to the well-being of the seniors in our community.

Juan’s passion for his work was evident in everything he did. He cared deeply for his clients, going above and beyond to ensure their comfort and happiness. His unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care was an inspiration to all who had the privilege of working alongside him. Even through his own sickness, Juan never wavered in his dedication. He continued to care for his clients, demonstrating an extraordinary strength and resilience that truly embodied the spirit of a caregiver. He worked to the very last minute, fighting a good fight of faith, and reminding us all of the power of compassion and dedication.

As we remember Juan, we celebrate not only his contributions as a caregiver but also the extraordinary person he was. He touched the lives of many and will be missed dearly by his clients, colleagues, and everyone who had the chance to know him.

We are grateful for the time we shared with him and will honor his legacy by continuing the work he loved so much. Juan Cuadrado Jr. will forever remain in our hearts. Thank you, Juan, for everything. You were truly a special person.
