Anyone else around here have a time demon🙃

I have both hands in the air.

Here are six of the biggest time drains and unfortunately time is the one thing you can't get back. It's what we need and want most, but utilize the worst.

For me procrastination, overextending myself, and multi-tasking are my problem zones.
I make excuses that when I wait until the last minute to do something, my best work is produced. But I am a stressed out mess at the end of it because of the pressure. Is it done yes, but could I have achieved the same result a day earlier; heck yes!

The one tip I have that works for me is putting my phone on do not disturb for activity time. I am not distracted and wondering who is texting me or what email just came in. I set it for a 30 minute block and give myself those smaller chunks of time to focus.
