This week's project was quite the challenge. Spent a week cleaning out and getting ready ahead of time
The panels on the walls and ceilings are asbestos transite.
The mineral wool insulation was the worst part..lol
All asbestos had to be removed for demolition. (3500sf in the report...I measured more) 3 of us tore that place up and cleaned it up in 4 1/2 days
Whew...glad that's over.

Finished this 2 day project today. Im so happy to clean this couples basement. They had a terrible mess. Even the cobweb...

Finished this 2 day project today. Im so happy to clean this couples basement. They had a terrible mess. Even the cobwebs were polluted. A lot of work involved but well worth it.
This job is in my top 5 most dangerous basement jobs. Great owners to work with!
