I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and Joyous New Year.
Thank you everyone who supported this season, and to everyone that has supported this adventure over time.

We still have some sauce left.
Plenty of the Pineapple Cilantro, The Burn and limited on The Drench.

Pineapple Cilantro is a sweet heat style sauce. No added sugar, it's all the sugar from the fresh pineapple. 3 out 5 heat.

The Drench is an all around sauce. It's sweet, smokey, with a savory backside. Blended with lemon, black garlic and apple juice. 2 out of 5 heat level.

Broadslab Burn is one step under pure heat.
Very citrus forward, then you're met with tang from the Apple cider vinegar before the heat starts to build. Very slow burn, especially when you keep going for more. 4 out of 5 heat level.

Pyle's Pickle
It's just that, a pickle sauce. Locally made pickles turned into a hot sauce, blended with fresh garlic and dill. 1 out 5 heat level.

I threw in a pinch to let you know it's thinking about you.

S'Colville Brown Sugar Rub
I modified my rub that I've always used when I smoke meats.
I added a healthy helping or 4 of various dried peppers.
This is NOT designed as an exfolient, it's designed to leave you sweating and wanting more. Heat level 3 out 5 but will increase the more you take in.

Here to stay is the famous Pineapple Cilantro aka Tropical Ember.

When you're looking at sauces, you're looking at something to compliment the food. While our name screams hot sauce, we're taking a different approach. We want the opinions from the masses. What is it you are looking for in a sauce, one that is a so-called "Drench" sauce. You know, put that ish on everything.
Flavor is subjective but heat is not.
Here at S'Colville Sawce, we can make it minimal or we can make you rethink your life's choices. Even everything in between. What flavors are you looking for, do you like it thin or thicc? Zesty or sweet, the all around Umami?
