Listen to your body. Trust your concerns. Speak up for your health.

September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month a time to raise awareness, support affected individuals and families and encourage important conversations about ovarian health.

Persistent changes such as bloating, pelvic or abdominal discomfort, difficulty eating or feeling full quickly, and urinary changes can have many possible causes. However, unusual or persistent symptoms deserve a conversation with a qualified healthcare professional.

To our members, caregivers, families, team members, and community partners: listen with compassion, take concerns seriously, and encourage the people you care about to advocate for their health.

Together, we can remind every affected individual and family that they are not alone.

Real support starts with real relationships.

At WeCare 365 AFC, we believe connection is more than a conversation it’s taking the time to listen, understand, and be present for the people and families we serve.

Every member has a story.
Every caregiver has challenges.
Every family has different needs.
That’s why we connect differently.

Through nurse visits, care management, follow-ups, community support, and meaningful conversations, our team works to build trust and relationships that go beyond care.

Because when people feel heard, understood, and supported, care becomes something more.

Caregiving is a partnership, not something you have to do alone.

Caring for a loved one can feel overwhelming at times, but support makes all the difference. Care works best when caregivers, families, and trusted professionals come together with a shared goal: providing comfort, dignity, and the best possible support.

No one should feel like they have to carry the caregiving journey alone.

At WeCare 365 Adult Foster Care, we are here to walk alongside caregivers, members, families, and staff across Massachusetts with guidance, compassion, and resources every step of the way.

Support grows stronger when care is shared.
