It is with great emotion that we share this message that was sent out to our email community earlier today.

After seven years of working to provide quality, identity based leadership education to schools and organizations, we have made the bittersweet decision to close this chapter of Roots and Wings. It was not an easy decision but one that will honor the life and career commitments each of the partners....

Boy did we miss this group! Keefe Tech was the very last training we did before the world imploded. We were so grateful to be with some of them today to imagine what their work might look like this year. So many mixed feelings and so many strong leaders and amazing humans. Cannot wait to see what they do next.
