🔴 What do you love most about Sign Design/ Employee Ownership?
What I love most is that everyone has a shared investment in the company’s success. Employee Ownership creates a culture where people are more engaged, collaborative, and committed because they know their contributions make a real difference. I enjoy being part of a team where people take pride in their work, support one another, and celebrate success
together. I think that kind of ownership mindset leads to better service, stronger relationships, and long-term growth for both the employees and the company.
🔴 What made you want to work at Sign Design? What makes you stay?
I wanted to work at Sign Design because I was looking for a company with a strong reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. I really like that every project is unique and that our work has a visible impact on businesses and communities. I value working for a company like Sign Design that invests in its employees, recognizes hard work, and has a clear vision for the future.
🔴 Where have you worked prior to Sign Design?
Previously I worked for a company in the digital real estate sector, handling escrow transactions of third-party domain names. I also held roles in sales and marketing operations, as an assistant buyer, and working in the accounting department.
🔴 What other roles have you had at Sign Design?
At Sign Design, I previously worked as a project manager, expediter and install dispatcher, install supervisor, and currently as a sales account executive.
🔴 Describe a hobby or pastime that you have.
In my spare time you can find me horseback riding and participating in equestrian events with my horse Guru, hanging out with my beloved rescue dog Hank, and spending time with family and friends.
