🚨GROUNDBREAKING🚨from nonprofit business league ICML

"The future of lubrication certifications is holistic,
because lubrication programs are not sustained
by technicians alone."

Technical practitioners have historically been the primary focus of certification activity. It is also a fact that key contributors serving in non-technical roles can significantly impact lubrication programs.

On June 15, ICML redefines the industry's lubrication workforce certification model with two new credentials:
* General Lubrication Concepts (GLC)
* Advanced Lubrication Concepts (ALC)

These represent an entirely new pathway for companies that want to establish cross-functional literacy, stronger internal alignment, and improved performance by intentionally involving EVERYONE in the entire lubrication ecosystem, thus facilitating superior business outcomes. The GLC/ALC series is designed to do just that.
