Our 5th Semi-Annual Growth Conference is officially in the books, and this one was our BEST one yet!

The day was packed with fun, growth, learning, and plenty of time spent investing in our team. We broke out into different groups throughout the day for department-specific training, giving each team the opportunity to sharpen their skills and continue finding ways to better serve our amazing customers.

We also put our team to the test with scenario-based training, working through real-life situations together and learning how we can continue to grow, improve, and raise the standard in everything we do.

A huge thank you to Cole Taylor for taking the time to come pour into our team today. We’re grateful for the wisdom, encouragement, and value he brought to the room!

We believe that when we invest in our people, everything gets better. Better leaders. Better teammates. Better service. Better experiences for our customers.

Growth Conference #5 was one for the books, and we’re already looking forward to the next one!
