Investigative Concepts Inc/IC Labs, a locally owned and operated company specializing in pre-employment screening services in Broken Arrow, OK, is looking for a reliable and dependable full-time Drug Screening Assistant/DOT Coordinator to work in our small office setting, Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.

This position is responsible for scheduling, testing, and managing drug testing consortiums. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Schedule out of state drug testing using software like Escreen and Quest.
• Review and upload drug testing results.
• Order DOT related background searches as needed.
• Manage drug testing consortiums for employers to include scheduling of randoms drug tests.
• Communicate effectively with clients, applicants, and employers
• Accurately input data into multiple systems
• Meet specific deadlines
• Keep thorough and accurate notes of progress on your reports
• Conduct office drug and alcohol testing following IC Testing Procedures

This position is a responsible for researching and verifying criminal records and collecting/testing urine for pre-employment drug screening. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

Research criminal records in various court systems
Review, identify, and submit key information related to specific criminal cases
Communicate with court staff to verify case information when needed
Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and faxes while maintaining an effective follow-up process
