📬 Mailbox Update 📬

I spent my entire morning updating mailbox labels throughout Aspen Square so our mail carrier can actually find everyone’s unit.

The good news? Most of them are done.

The bad news? Somehow I completely omitted the entire A Building and missed a couple of random units scattered around the complex. 🤦‍♀️

The remaining labels will be finished this weekend, and then every mailbox should finally be marked correctly.

You’d think that since the Post Office owns the mailboxes, they would maintain the labels. Apparently not. So, Aspen Square’s property manager has added “mailbox labeling specialist” to her growing list of job titles.

Thank you for your patience while we work through years of deferred maintenance and little quality-of-life improvements around the property. One mailbox at a time, we’re getting things cleaned up and organized.

And to our mail carrier: you’re welcome. 😉

Please help us welcome the newest member of the Aspen Square team — Jacob Henry! 👏

Jacob has joined us as our Maintenance Technician and will be helping with property improvements, repairs, landscaping, and keeping Aspen Square looking its best.

You’ll be seeing him around the property working on a variety of projects as we continue making improvements throughout the center.

We’re excited to have him on board! Be sure to say hello if you see him around. 👋

For maintenance requests, please continue using the tenant portal so we can keep everything organized and addressed as efficiently as possible.

Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician – Aspen Square (Broken Arrow)

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help care for our multi-tenant business complex at Aspen Square.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems - not just patching them.

What you’ll be doing:
• General repairs and maintenance across the property
• Plumbing basics (toilets, sinks, minor leaks)
• Electrical basics (switches, outlets, lighting)
• Drywall, painting, and trim work
• LVP flooring install and repairs
• Unit turnovers (getting spaces ready for new tenants)
• Coordinating with vendors for larger jobs

What we’re looking for:
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Someone who sees an issue and handles it
• Comfortable working independently
• Good communication with management and tenants
• Prior maintenance or construction experience preferred

Perks:
• On-site storage unit for tools + supply access
• Long-term, steady work opportunity
• Potential onsite housing (expected late 2026, early 2027)

Location: Aspen Square – Broken Arrow
Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, based on experience and skill level
