With over 20 years of customer service experience, 10 years of leadership involvement, a Master’s Degree in Human Services and a post master’s certificate in Leadership and accountability, I have developed a strong passion for the service industry. There is and always has been something so pleasant and extremely

special about serving others as well as meeting their needs; yet, the values of service have changed over the course of years. About SAGA: SAGA is comprised of four principles; Serve, Accomplish, Grow, & Achieve.
