Racing is wild…. Friends, enemies, rivals, acquaintances…. At the end of the day Big Daddy is loved by all. Joe and I have been friends for years. Long before USMTS this year. He was involved in a work accident last night and needs all the prayers he can get!

Tyler led most of the race. He’s in so much pain.. he gave it all he had and was having trouble breathing throughout the race.. he pushed through and ended up 7th! Very proud of him and the way he gave it his all with broken ribs. He will rest up, heal, and be back even stronger!

Emergency Room in Amarillo Texas is the last place I wanted to be tonight. Went 7th to 3rd in the heat and track was rough. I bottomed out so bad one time it knocked the breath out of me pretty violently. After the heat I was having issues catching my breath. Lots of pain in my right side ribs. Track EMT come to check me over and she noticed a bulge in my back and ribs moving differently as I tried to take deep breaths. As precaution I came to the emergency room. After Chest CT, IV, and heart monitor for extremely low Blood Pressure results show 2 fractured ribs, 1 subluxated rib and pretty bad dehydrated. They are still currently running some test and checking a few other things but we should be out of here tonight at some point.

Thank each and everyone of you for checking on me and sending prayers my way. Saying 4-6 weeks to heal up. We will see how that goes 😂

We will update everyone shortly, but Tyler will not be starting the main. Due to medical situation, he is currently on the way to the ER to be checked out. We are taking every precaution because it’s a sensitive area of concern. Track EMT recommended going now also.

He did great in his heat. 7th to 3rd and was top 3 in passing. His safety and well being are number 1.
