My Spyderco Paramilitary 2 with a Cpm s110v steel came in. I will re profile this and put a mirrored edge on it. But with this type of steel is going to take some work. Good thing I have diamond stones that will make it easier.

My strops came in. And took this edge to a whole new level of sharpness and a very polished mirrored edge.

Another wicked sharp knife. I re profiled this knife to to an angle at 17 degrees on the edge. Worked the edge all the way to my 3000 grit diamond stone. Don’t mind the scratches on this knife. It’s an older chef knife.
