JetWash Automated CIJ Wash Station 💡
CIJ Maintenance Solution

The JetWash is an automated wash station designed to work with JetStream CIJ printing systems. Controlled directly from the JetStream controller, it quickly cleans and dries printheads. Simply place a JetStream printhead into the JetWash holder, and the system pumps makeup fluid through the cleaning bay to wash away dried ink and debris. The used fluid drains into a waste container and powerful air jets dry the printhead. Once complete, just reattach the cover, test the printhead, and you’re ready to print again!

Over the past two days, our Brooklyn Park facility hosted hands-on training focused on Piezo and TIJ printing systems, giving participants the opportunity to build practical knowledge and experience across key areas, including:

✅ Installation procedures
✅ Maintenance and repair
✅ Troubleshooting techniques
✅ Orion software
