Two truckloads, one evening, zero disruption.

Doing Things Media needed their Manhattan office relocated between two buildings — after hours, inside a single controlled window, with demanding building access at both ends.
WALTER handled it from 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Two full truckloads of furniture, equipment, and AV assets. More than 32 elevator movements across both properties. Three televisions dismounted, wrapped, transported, and reinstalled at the destination.

Our first success story on Facebook— and it's a good one.

A Manhattan bank needed to retire sensitive IT assets, but nothing data-bearing could leave the building. So we brought the shredder to them. 97 SSDs destroyed on-site, everything tracked and recycled, zero disruption.

WALTER is happy to announce a new partnership with Commonpoint Queens!

Commonpoint Queens is dedicated to sustaining and enhancing the quality of individual, family, and communal life throughout Queens, through services to people of all ages, ability levels, stages of life, and backgrounds.

Commonpoint Queens has over 70+ sites improving the lives of more than 70,000 annually. Each site is designed to be a “commonpoint” for the myriad populations of New York City’s most diverse borough, Queens, to come together. Commonpoint is the place for early childhood programs, summer camps, senior services, mental health resources, support during crisis, wellness, and everything in between.

Our partnership includes donating refurbished laptops to local students and refugees in the greater community. Commonpoint Queens recently ran an eWaste drive which was very successful, recycling 405lbs of eWaste. Thank you to Commonpoint Queens for this new and exciting partnership!
