🌍✨ Strategic Young Members Conference 2025 – A True Success Story! ✨🌍

From 5–7 September 2025, young members of the International Police Association (IPA) gathered at the historic IBZ Gimborn for this year’s Strategic Young Members Conference (SYMC). With participants from across Europe, Asia, and Africa, the event was once again an inspiring platform for exchange, innovation, and international friendship.

💡 Highlights included:
✅ Workshops on targeted digital communication, showcasing how tools like ChatGPT can support IPA sections
✅ Best practices in mentoring from IPA Ireland, motivating others to build similar programmes
✅ Creative “On-Patrol” event ideas to engage young members
✅ Open discussions on exchange programmes & study trips, calling for more visibility and accessibility

Beyond the sessions, participants enjoyed vibrant networking, a BBQ supported by V-Armed, and countless opportunities to share experiences across borders.
