Originally founded in Seattle by Robert Jungmann in 1993, takes its name from the Manastash Highlands in the Cascade Mountain Range. Early on, the brand gained recognition in Japan for its innovative use of sustainable h**p and its small, Made in USA ethos, leading to growth in a new market. Today, their designs and production are handled by a dedicated team in Tokyo.
