I’m swamped at the moment and can’t take on any new work. If you run a cleaning company servicing Brooklyn, New York, I have a small commercial contract available in Williamsburg. It’s for a barber shop that needs cleaning services twice a week, along with window washing. The contract is temporary for three months, but the owner is open to extending it if all goes well.

I’ve already negotiated the deal, and the first month’s payment is upfront. You were originally scheduled to service this last month, but the start date was pushed back. Now I need someone who’s available in that area.
