👋🏻Hey There, Welcome to the New Parent Mentor!

After over eight years of, on-the-job experience and continued education in every facet of infant development and postpartum care and health, I started NPM because I noticed that the many parts of infant care are rarely treated as being connected, and I knew there was a better way to give new parents the support they need.

So, I developed coaching techniques that take a holistic view of your life with your baby - considering everything from your parenting style and goals, to the physical environment and lifestyle you foresee for your family - to create plans and provide guidance that will help you make every parenting decision with certainty.

Forget the coaches who give you advice and then leave, I am here as a member of your team, providing guidance not only during the first 12 weeks of your postpartum period, but throughout the first year and beyond. I am here to empower you to reach all your parenting goals, cutting through the flood of information available to modern parents with evidence-based, non-judgmental guidance. I am here to give you confidence in your competence as a parent!

Whether you are looking for help with your child’s sleeping or feeding, in need of postpartum support, or you just had (or are going to have) a baby and don’t know what to do, I’m here to help with it all.

Head to thenewparentmentor.com (link also in bio) to learn more and to reach out for a free consultation. I can’t wait to hear from you!
