Pssttt... I want to share something with you.

Overtiredness may actually be causing short naps and unhappy days.

It's all on the blog:

Is overtiredness in babies real? Yes, but you don’t have to overthink it. In fact, undertiredness in babies can affect sleep just as much. Let's talk about what overtiredness actually is, how it differs from undertiredness, and why the fear of it can sometimes work against good sleep.

IS ALL SLEEP TRAINING CRY IT OUT?

“Cry It Out” (CIO) is just one sleep training method—not the definition. Explore different approaches to help your family sleep through the night with as few tears as possible

If you love breastfeeding your baby, just not constantly in the middle of the night, there is a path forward that honors your nursing relationship and quality sleep for the whole family.

It's not a surprise that nursing to sleep is what your baby prefers, but it's okay to transition away from it and find other solutions.

I spent today chatting with a new family in The Complete.

Their six-month-old is currently taking 27-minute naps and waking up at 5am—so tough.

So common and very fixable!

The best part? We were able to identify a few key areas to gently adjust—schedule, pausing after a short nap and not starting the day before 6:30AM.

I’m really looking forward to walking alongside them as things start to click ✨

If you’re in a similar place, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Now booking April support.

📍 UPPER EAST SIDE

Last week, I visited a six-month-old and her two wonderful parents for a bedtime visit.

It was A’s first time falling asleep in her crib after only ever being held or nursed to sleep—and she did it in just 25 minutes!!

For the last three nights, she's fallen asleep all by herself in less than 10 minutes. Such a win for this family!!
