Location: Remote, Permanent WFH
Schedule: Full-Time , Eastern Time Zone
PriorityOne BPO is seeking a customer-focused Telco Support Representative to assist customers with billing inquiries, benefit program enrollments, appointment scheduling, order fulfillment coordination, and general customer service support.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with benefit program applications and enrollments
• Answer basic billing and account-related questions
• Schedule customer appointments and service visits
• Coordinate orders with vendors and internal teams
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Follow up on pending orders, installations, and customer requests
• Provide inbound customer service support during peak call volume periods
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate
Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong customer service and phone skills
• Comfortable handling inbound customer calls
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Previous call center, telecom, billing, customer service, scheduling, or order management experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
