⏳ One week until kickoff

The world’s biggest sporting event is almost here, and we’re excited to support the African Diaspora Soccer Watch Parties at Crown Hill Theatre throughout the tournament.

At Pan-African Solutions Consulting, we believe events are about more than gathering—they’re about creating experiences that connect people, cultures, and communities. As a special events curator and destination management company, we’re proud to help bring this celebration to life in Brooklyn, one of the world’s great crossroads of the African diaspora.

Our Managing Director, Chevelle Dixon, a Board Member Emerita of the United Nations Africa Club (2014), is especially honored to help welcome guests to her hometown of Brooklyn. After traveling to more than 60 countries and experiencing the hospitality of communities across the African diaspora, she is grateful for the opportunity to help extend that same spirit of connection, culture, and celebration here at home.

Join us as we celebrate the teams, stories, cultures, and communities that make the beautiful game truly global.

🎟️ Limited-edition NYC ‘26 commemorative koozies will be available during presale while supplies last!

⚽ One week to go.

When we talk about Black philanthropy, we are talking about a tradition that predates foundations, grantmaking institutions, and formal charitable structures. Across the African Diaspora, people have always found ways to share resources, knowledge, opportunities, and support. These practices were acts of resilience, but they were also acts of love and vision.

We salute fellow Harvard alumna Michelle Renee Jackson on celebrating the one year anniversary of Black Philanthropy: Our Stories podcast. Stay tuned for our June 21st airing of Season 1 featured guests.

At Pan-African Solutions Consulting, this is what Black philanthropy means to us. It is not simply about giving. It is about investing in one another, strengthening our communities, and building systems that allow future generations to thrive.

This Memorial Day, we remember those whose names fill our history books—and those whose stories were too often left out of them.

From Crispus Attucks to Harriet Tubman, from the Tuskegee Airmen to Charity Adams Earley, Black Americans have served, sacrificed, and shaped the course of this nation for generations. Many fought for freedoms they themselves could not fully enjoy.

Today, we honor not only their service, but their resilience, leadership, and enduring impact on the generations that followed.
Because remembrance is more than reflection. It is the act of ensuring that sacrifice is neither forgotten nor erased.

Diversity isn’t just about who is present, it’s about who is heard, trusted, and has access and opportunity to shape what comes next. It’s about reinforcing a sense of BELONGING.

Across the Diaspora, our strength has always been the breadth of our perspectives and the bridges we build together.

As April comes to an end, this month is a reminder to intentionally create, nurture enabling environements where an authentic commitment to diversity is not merely symbolic, but transformative.

Volunteer Month is a reminder that impact doesn’t always come from grand gestures—often, it’s built through dedication, commitment, presence, servant leadership, listening, pouring into others, and stewardship.

Earlier this April, our Founder and Managing Director, Chevelle Dixon, was invited to Harvard Club of New York’s Admitted Students Reception.

At this reception, Chevelle had the opportunity to welcome the incoming New York City Harvard class to the community. It was particularly special, marking the first time in three years as a Harvard Alumni Admissions Interviewer that she got to meet a student she interviewed who was accepted!

This is a reminder to share your time, talent, and treasure through stewardship. It reflects the joy and impact that occur when we invest our time, care, and belief in someone else and in a higher cause.
