I’ve made a big mess at the studio

Last December I was terrified for the new year. I’m someone that likes to plan and analyze everything. Unfortunately I got to a point where I felt lost and broken and had to learn how to let go and re-built myself.

Today I look back and amazes me how much my life changed in a year and even though it was a roller coaster of emotions and feelings, it felt like a preparation and I enjoyed and learned from it so much.

A reminder that it’s Ok to outgrow people, to lose patience, to set boundaries. As long as I don’t lose myself again.

I’m so lucky to have some of the most amazing human being that I get to call friends and family, to have a support system and community.
