Public Relations (PR)
Public Relations is a very broad area that can contains various aspects. BBCG focuses on the planning, developing and implementing of PR strategies; liaising with media, individuals and other organizations, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media, collating and analyzing media coverage; preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia, and devising and coordinating photo opportunities. We will also organize events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours; source and manage speaking and sponsorship opportunities; foster community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives and manage the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation. Marketing
BBCG will assist with the development, writing, and communication of Marketing plans, promotional recaps, creative briefs, project recommendations, and presentations. We will commission market research, as well as assist with writing and editing of promotional literature, newsletters, direct marketing, and Internet marketing projects. BBCG will develop opportunities to add additional value to initiatives including Internet Marketing, Direct Marketing, Tradeshow Development, etc. We will participate in regular strategy meetings and develops new programs and initiatives that are designed to further the company’s mission; analyze Marketing and competitive data and consolidate findings to support local and national Marketing strategy development. BBCG can also execute the day-to-day delivery of email marketing campaigns, e-newsletters, invitations and review various Marketing materials to make recommended edits. We can develop a lead nurturing program strategy and monitor ongoing campaigns, all processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity. Advertising & Promotion
BBCG will assist with managing advertising initiatives and media plans; assist in theme and content development for a variety of projects, and create campaigns to enhance the company’s awareness and exposure. We can monitor and develop all Social Media aspects, promote, generate, and enhance visibility in the online market. BBCG can manage SEOs to boost discernibility and add areas of revenue production and/or sales. We can create ads for production, advertisements to promote events or basic awareness. Individual clients, based on need and market may also determine promotional aspects. Brand Management
BBCG will ensure that all locally developed creative marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines. Monitor the competitive landscape of the category in which your brand resides, develop strategies to exploit market opportunities within that industry. Execute those strategies through various methods of Marketing and Public Relations. Deliver the sales volume, market share, and profit projections for the business and assess needs as necessary to the company. We will oversee overall brand performance and convey brand message vividly, create customer loyalty, and establish an emotional connectivity and create differentiation. Other aspects can be determined based on the necessity of the client and industry. Event Planning
This particular Specialized Area focuses mainly on the need of the client. We assess the capabilities of the client and its industry to gauge what types of events and exposure would best benefit the company in its entirety. Event planning includes organization, conceptualization, the marketing (advertising and promotion) of such event as well as the completion and success of all types events from small-scale social events to corporate galas.
