Who pours into the people everyone else depends on?
A Facebook memory reminded me of something that is just as true today as it was then.
The people who help everyone else are often the ones carrying the heaviest invisible load.
Business owners.
Therapists.
Coaches.
Leaders.
Teachers.
Healthcare professionals.
Parents.
Theyāre expected to solve problems, inspire others, make difficult decisions, and somehow still have enough left for themselves.
But even the strongest leaders werenāt designed to operate on empty.
At Opulent Thrive, I believe sustainable success starts with healthy leadership. Healthy businesses are built by healthy people.
If youāre always the one people call, ask yourself:
Who do you call?
If this resonates, share it with someone whose strength everyone admires but whose well-being is rarely asked about.
š¤ Sometimes checking on one person changes an entire organization.
