We’ve been taught that purpose is what proves we matter, but Branden argues that we’ve got it wrong.

You were created. You’re being sustained. You already matter.

Purpose is what flows out of knowing that, not what you perform to earn it.

Our founder talks about the version of that wants justice at any cost, even if we know none of that builds anything lasting.

It isn’t our judgment that transforms people. It’s our kindness.

We’ve done it before. We can do it again.

Growth doesn’t announce itself.

It shows up in the conversation you finally have, the moment you choose presence over protection, the quiet realization that you are not your wound.

This piece came from sitting with someone doing the real work of tracing where their patterns began.

We talk a lot about transformation like it’s a single breakthrough. It’s not. It’s the slow, sacred accumulation of small shifts.

Renew me. Refresh me. Restore me. Saturate my soul.

200,000 miles from Earth, mid-flight on Artemis II, a reporter asked ifastronaut Victor Glover had a message for the people back home. Looking back out our tiny planet in comparison to the vast cosmos, he realized that we’re all on the same ship.

He called Earth an oasis, a created place in the middle of an endless nothing, and said the thing most of us know but keep forgetting: we have to get through this together.

We honor our identities, our wounds, our individual stories, and we should. But there’s a difference between honoring those things and being consumed by them. The work is healing enough to participate in something larger than your own story.

Transformation comes as a shift in how you see yourself. That conversation you finally have or that pattern you finally name.

The hardest part is figuring out how to live differently in the same world, with the same people, after the work. The hardest part is that next step.

I talk more about this in my new piece. Click the link in bio to read the full article.

Druski dressed up as Erika Kirk and the internet did what it always does: picked a side and started yelling.

Forget whether it was funny. The more honest question is where you’re actually drawing the line, and why. Because if you laugh when the joke lands on someone else and clutch your pearls when it swings your way, that’s not conviction. That’s selective outrage.

Defend free speech even when you hate what’s being said. Then use your own voice to respond. That’s the harder thing. And your voice matters too.
