Attention Customers!

We’re hoping to be back on the roads tomorrow making deliveries. To help keep our drivers safe and ensure your delivery goes smoothly, please take a moment to do the following:

❄️ Clear your driveway and walkways
❄️ Create a clear path to your tank
❄️ Move any vehicles that may block access to the tank
❄️ Clear snow and ice from your tank; if it’s underground, please mark the lid with a flag and ensure it can be opened
❄️ Make sure your house numbers are clearly visible from the road and on your home
❄️ Remove any low-hanging or icy branches along your driveway

Our last truck has just made it safely back in, and so we want to thank our extremely hard working team for their commitment and dedication to our customers. From sun up to sun down this week they’ve been working hard to serve all of our loyal customers with a smile. They don’t love having their picture taken, but we couldn’t miss the opportunity to catch them in action and recognize their hard work!

We appreciate our customers too! Your kind words, notes, treats and lunches this week have been so appreciated! We thank you for trusting us to keep your homes and businesses warm!

We hope everyone will stay warm. As always, we’ll be right back on the roads as soon as it’s safe to do so!
